Who we are
IN/LAB AS is responsible for data collected in the context of this privacy policy. IN/LAB is a research and innovation lab owned by Schibsted and Tinius Trust. Our mission is to explore the future of news through research projects, co‑creation sprints and events often involving young people and media professionals. Personal data we collect
When you sign up to become a Collaborator or submit an idea, we collect the information you submit via our forms such as your name, contact details (email, phone number, postal number), birthdate, gender, languages and interests. You must be at least 16 years old to sign up. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 16.

What we process your data for
We use the collected data to manage the IN/LAB community and, with your consent, to add you to our Collaborator’s list, send you project and event invitations, as well as respond to your ideas. We also process some of this data to comply with legal obligations, for example when you ask to access or delete your information. Generally, we store data collected for a maximum of 36 months.

Your rights
You can withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe options included in each of our communications sent to you. In addition, you can withdraw your consent, ask for a copy of your data, or request your data to be deleted by emailing louise.barkenas@schibsted.com. If you believe we may have handled your data improperly, you may file a complaint with the Swedish Data Protection Authority - Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).
